we took almost a year to complete this remodel, removing two exterior walls and central walls of this home and worked with the homeowner to transform both the interior and exterior of this golf course home

outdated floor plan remodeled into an open plan connecting the living/dining room area with the family/kitchen area; elimination of wet bar increased the pantry space; the bold flooring material enhanced the soft contemporary design; the addition of a fireplace added romance

clean modern lines and finishes are showcased in the kitchen where we relocated appliances to create a more efficient kitchen with more storage and counter top area.    a builder standard master bath is elevated through the removal of the small tub and confining shower and replacing them with a walk-in shower.

we opened up the floor plan, removed the patio columns and added a home office to transformed this boxy floor plan into an open concept home with soft copper accents

big design results from a conservative budget ...we kept the cabinets, deepened the color palette and rehabbed the fireplace to give the homeowners a perfect family home on the golf course

we switched the dining room with the family room, enlarged the opening and raised the sunken living room to revitalize this traditional home.  the homeowners did much of the work themselves...he built the custom entertainment console and she painted her pieces of her existing dining room furniture a new england "blue"

the old floor plan had a separate family room, kitchen and living room; the homeowners wanted to remove a portion of the kitchen wall to create a new open floor plan that included a new dining space with fireplace open to the new great room, remodeling the kitchen, master and guest bath in the process

removing columns at the entry creates open plan living incorporating a new dining space and dual sided fireplace; new 12' sliding door opens view to backyard and pool; a portion of original living room becomes a home office.
